      Really great service from Eugene. He was professional, efficient and had an expansive knowledge of the problem at hand. technician was able to diagnose and solve the problem during the session. He arrived on time, was easy to get along with and provided a clear explanation of the process as it evolved. I would highly recommend.

Geeks & Wireless solved my problem in one day! What I like about them--apart from their obvious smarts--is their flat-rate fees. No inflated hourly charges just one stated fee per task.       It is difficult to find trustworthy computer support and rare to encounter a company that understands the importance of customer service and personal attention. Geeks and Wireless provides both strong technical support and personalized service. This family owned and operated small local business offers both late store hours and inhume service. I dropped my desk top computer off at their store after many frustrating days of trying to deal with a corrupted hard drive. I requested a quick turnaround and was satisfied with a two business day commitment; however, I was contacted 5 hours later with an assessment of the problems, a very reasonable cost, and news that I could pick it up that evening! My computer problems were indeed fixed and it also responds significantly faster. I strongly recommend Geeks and Wireless for reliable and timely computer support.Mike KelleyJ.
