The owner Mike has very poor customer service skills. He seems to think that it is a privilege to be able to hire him. When there is a problem with the service rather than working to improve it, he just tells off the customer. What a jerk! Save yourself the grief and hire somebody else.

Mike made a favorable first impression, appearing knowledgable and hard working. But after he recommended and then preceeded with power raking our lawn on the hottest day of the year, we came to regret our decision. Mike promised to fix the damage done to our lawn however he has yet to fullfill his promise - months later.
