I hired this company when I needed plumbing because as I looked online, I saw the website that said 'No sales or gimmicks. Just good honest work at a fair price'. I priced 3 different plumbers, and Nickoloff was less than half the price of Roto Rooter. I gave this plumber a chance based on price, and the honesty slogan. I am a skeptic, so I took the line with a grain of salt, but gave them a chance. I was very surprised and pleased that they did exactly what they said they'd do at the fair price I was quoted. I needed 2 extra parts and was charged the retail cost of a part, not double the amount like most plumbers. The job was professionally done by someone who clearly knows plumbing and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Nickoloff plumbing to everyone. Not a big or fancy company and that's a good thing. I got what was advertised. Good honest work at a fair price.

I initially called Nickoloff Plumbing on a Saturday and Tim the owner scheduled an appointment for me the very next day. He called a 1/2 hour before the appointment to confirm that he was coming and arrived on time. He cleared a blocked drain for me and repaired a leaking water valve. I have nothing but great things to say about Tim and his company. He is extremely professional and courteous. He laid tarps down on the flooring and did a fantastic job cleaning up after he was finished. I was amazed at how reasonable his prices were especially considering the fact that he came to do the work on a Sunday. I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for an experienced, professional plumber who doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Joe
