      General Info
      Community Health Partners serves the community of the state of Ohio with two acute care hospitals. It offers a range of health care services through cancer, rehabilitation, wound care and imaging centers, home health, hospice and physician offices and two foundations. Community Health Partners features more than 260 licensed acute beds. It has a staff of over 375 employees. Community Health Partners Northern Ohio Imaging Center offers outpatient diagnostic imaging, mammography, MRI, bone densitometry, general diagnostic, x-ray, ct scan, ultrasound and laboratory services. In addition, it operates an Allen Community Hospital, which is a 25-bed critical access hospital in southern Lorain County, Ohio that offers surgical, rehabilitation, diagnostic and emergency services. Community Health Partners is a part of Catholic Healthcare Partners, which is one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the United States and the largest in Ohio.
