One could not want for a more qualified and professional company. Kas-Stro Inspections is owned by Alex Kasubienski out of Wellington, Ohio and has provided numerous inspections for us thus far. I recommend Kas-Stro Inspections & Property Services, LLC for any inspection, or property service work. Alex's company is very fair with it's pricing and is very professional about their work. It is really nice to still find a service company that feels that quality of work is more important than quatity of work. I am quite certain that we will be utilizing Kas-Stro Inspections for more up-coming inspections on property we are considering. We have already made a decision to permit Kas-Stro Inspections to perform the maintenance and prep work on our apartment complexes.
