I had a very similar experience to the one described in the previous review. This guy is a jerk. He should be careful how he treats people, because he doesn't really know with whom he is dealing at any given time, especially in Lorain, OH. Maybe he was just having a bad day when I visited because someone "(punched) him in the face."

This was the very first time going to this place and will be my last! I have never felt so disrespect in my life. The dr there must of had a bad day. I went to get a replacement of glasses that I had for two year and he was drilling me telling me I have to be more responsible. Wow!! He was belittle me. I can't believe how he was talking to me. I will never go there! if you don't like your profession don't take it out on honest people maybe retire if u can't handle this business ughhhh so upset
