This dentist office overcharged me just over $2,300 on my copays. I'm still trying to get my money back and it has been over a year since I alerted them to the mistake. If you go there be sure to compare your copays to what they are actually charging.

This dental office is like a factory, not a service professional's place of business. The administrative staff are curt. You are ushered through a maze to your chair with little interaction with the staff. The phone doesn't get answered much so when I was still in the dental chair an hour later than we had been told we would be done, and I had a child stranded without a ride (because I was to pick her up after a school activity), she couldn't even get a message to me or find out if I was still at the dental office. I had my cell phone off as requested in a medical office. Parents aren't allowed in the dental care rooms with their children, which has some merit so parents are sympathizing with their child's pain. However, I didn't even meet the dentist who worked with my daughter. The dentist expressed some concerns with my teeth but I don't fully understand what they are because he used terminology that I didn't understand and because I needed to get to my stranded child I didn't have time to ask enough questions to get the information I should have. I like using economical service providers, but it will be worth paying more for dental care to not have to go back there again.

Very very displeased with scheduling. Have driven there on numerous occasions for nothing. They have an asinine confirmation policy where if you don't call them back to confirm they cancel you, even if they never bothered to leave a message. They change appointments and don't bother to run it by you or even notify you and when you call them on it, they try to say you are wrong. Once you produce the appointment card, they backpedal but say there is nothing they can do (even though you have taken children out of school and went there for nothing). After years of dealing with incompetence of this sort, I am now looking for another dentist. Even their good dental staff cannot compensate for the ongoing scheduling mess. Total disrespect for patients' time.

The worst place to go! My 9 yr old son had to miss two days of school for absolutely NOTHING! Quoted one price then scheduled the appt for the next day only to show up to the appt for the price to raise $100. Are you kidding me?! Apparently, it s ok to take that out on my kid because the dentist wanted to change things up at the last minute. Thank you very much for wasting our time & my son couldnt get the work done he needed. I m glad you guys looked at us like money bags instead of a patient in need of help. I would never recommend that dump to my worst enemy!

Don't ever take someone you love to this dentist office! The people in reception are rude and extrememely unhelpful! My son, who I have been training to like dentist offices since he was a year old (and before I brought him to a Bright Now dental liked going). He now hates it, and starts crying.

This office was supposed to have my sons records sent over from the Bright Now in Elyria, and they didn't (even though all the records are digital and can be sent through an email), and then tried to re-exray, and do all the other things that they had done in the previous office visit in Elyria. They told me they couldn't fill out his school dental form unless they ex-rayed him again. I told them, "NO WAY!" Well, what you get is what you pay for, I guess. Substandard dentistry from mediocre, barely passed dental school doctors.
