I had heard that he is very reliable, a retired cop. So I figured he'd be perfect for the job. I WAS WRONG! Terrible hospitality, very rude,disrespectful and his prices seemed very elevated. I would definitely NOT recommend his services. It's a shame people use him due to the lack of transportation in the city.

Rude disrespectful and over priced the only reason I have one star is because I couldn't leave it blank.

If I could zero stars I would. This guy who took us to Roverfest and was supposed to be the shuttle service for our hotel. Tells us when dropping us off that he will pick us up in the same spot all we need to do is call. Knowing full well the concert didn't end until midnight, he said it would be no problem. End of the concert, he doesn't answer his phone and it goes direct to an answering service claiming to be closed at 10pm. So after then fighting the crowds to get a ride back to our hotel that we thought had been set up. We get a return call the next day insulting us with slurred and what sounded like drunken speech. This guy is no good and with service like this I dont know how he is still in business.
