They were friendly and helpful with selling me my washer and dryer but when my washer broke only 3 weeks after purchase I tried to call the store. It was closed. I went up there and again it was closed. I called for a month straight before they opened again (which was after my warranty had expired) I told them of the troubles and the owner promised to call within 3 days to come see it. He never called and had ignored all of my calls ever since. I've gone into the store and spoke with employees for about 2 months now and no one will return any of my calls! I finally got an appointment made and the tech never showed up and all I got from the employee was "take the

Owner to court" they have terrible service and DO NOT uphold their customer satisfaction promise! I paid for a washer I can not use and they refuse to fix it. I am come tell upset and they don't even care. Please do NO go there for ANY appliances!!!!

I have worked my way up from rags to riches with my appliances the fact that they give you trade for your old appliances and have a layaway program really helped me so I could get the appliances I deserve.I havent had an issue. I am truly happy with my appliances for once in my life!! Thank you affordable appliances:)

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY,SEEMED PRETTY KNOWLEDGEABLE,ASSURED ME A GOOD PRODUCT,THE PLACE WAS REALLY CLEAN,THE MACHINES WERE CLEAN,THEY HAVE FREE DELIVERY,& A 60 DAY WARRANTY.THEY EVEN SAID THAT IF FOR SOME REASON THE APPLIANCE SHOULD HAVE AN ISSUE AFTER THE WARRANTY TO GIVE THEM A CALL & THEY WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO WHAT THEY CAN TO HELP,THEIR SERVICE CALLS ARE ONLY 20 DOLLARS ANYWAY N THEY WAIVE THAT IF I DECIDE TO HAVE ANY MACHINE FIXXED & THEY'LL ONLY CHARGE FOR PARTS & LABOR.THEY CARRY MOST PARTS & IF THEY DONT HAVE IT THEY CAN GET IT.FANTASTIC! I RECCOMEND THEM HANDS DOWN.THEY WERE EAGER TO PLEASE & I GOT THE IMPRESSION THEY WERE IN TO SERVE ME RATHER THAN TRY TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK
