Bought $4200 worth of doors, had some issues with them, almost 12 months later am still chasing them to remedy the issue.
When you visit Homewood Lumber in Loomis CA, if you're lucky enough to be hooked up with either Ron Horton or Adam, you have my word that you will be well-taken-care-of. My family and I owe a debt of gratitude to both Ron and Adam for pulling apart a sticky situation that had occurred, and not stopping until they had made the situation right. This meant a great deal to my parents, money was involved, and they're in their 80's and on a fixed income. A lot of companies would have just brushed us under the nearest piece of carpet but, Ron Horton and Adam both went out of their way to see that the situation got fixed, and got fixed correctly. I'm sure their other employee's there are wonderful as well but, I only dealt with Ron Horton and Adam, and they're both '5 Stars' in my book. Thank you again Ron and Adam...
