I am being transfered to WV from NC and needed to get homeowner's insurance for the house that I bought. I was only allowed to speak with Russell's CSR and never the agent. I needed to close quickly and they dragged their feet. I was finally given a quote and emailed the policy application. After filling it out and mailing it with a check, they notified me on the day of closing that they were not going to insure my property.
