If you call the phone number, you won't have any indication you're speaking to a business representative unless you ask. The alarm system I purchased and use works splendidly, but after repeated attempts to have my contact information changed, I still am not notified when my alarm system goes off, and have to get that information secondhand from my "backup" contacts.
