At a time when people are losing their jobs over the corona virus, this veterinarian is price gouging the general public.

My seventeen year old dropped our dachshund there because she thought she had swallowed a bone and ran up a $923.28 bill without consulting the person who would pay the bill. What was that $923 for? An X-Ray, Blood work, IV and talking with a radiologists! After complaining about the exorbitant pricing, the office offered to take providing me with the results of the x-ray off of the bill. It still came up to just short of $700.

If you want to contribute to the high life of an overpaid veterinarian, this one's for you.

I'm filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General for price gouging and the Veterinary Medical Board for unethical practices. I've never felt so violated by a veterinarian's office in my life.

Amazing staff and amazing care for our dog. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's affordable and they are very friendly and professional.

Im so upset about it. ..Yesterday a took my Morkey for a haircut ..my dog have really long hair super cute dog, after the haircut he look like a chihuahua, his hair was so short...nothing of compare of what I ask for...talk to the manager and she just argue back to me ( i cant do nothing with the hair..hair will grow back) ...and the groomer ( i think her name is Jeana) did the same thing. .the groomer told me she did what I ask for. ..not close of what i want and one of the girls that work in the front she agree with me...Ask for my money back and manager told me. .sorry we can't. ..now they loss a client and i will never recommend this place ...

They are the best! They were the only vets in town, that would see my Diamond when she suddenly took ill. I Had no money, but they do have a payment plan. We went there and right off the bat, they knew that there was nothing they could do for her, for she had had a stroke and other issues. Still, they treated her, my and I with compassion. They gave me all the time I needed, to say my goodbyes to her. They accepted 3 posted dated checks, spread over 6 weeks, to make payment. They made it possible for me to at least try to seek help for her.

I recommend them to everyone.

I wouldn't think of taking my two dogs to anyone else except for Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital in Longwood. Our dog Devin had to come there for a surgery again this year at Christmas. Doctor Singh and Doctor Giovanni Vergal are the most wonderful doctors I have ever met. They did the surgery that day. The clinic is absolutely wonderful and the staff is superb.Both of our dogs receive the greatest care and alot of love and caring at this hospital. Your pets are like family and and I would never take either one of them anywhere else for anything. We live two hours away from the clinic but it's worth the drive because I know Luv-N-Care is the best choice for our pets.

I had my Amstaff ears cropped at Luv N Care,they done a wonderful job caring for him.He looks forward to visiting them on his visitis,and the eas turned out beautiful.I would recomend anyone who needs ear croping to come to this Luv N care ,so come see Dr.Singh for all your pet needs. Any vet is going to have compassion for animals, that's why they dedicate themselves to many years in college.

Luv'n Care made it sooooo obvious that they care more about your wallet than your animal. I was so turned off too at how much higher their prices are than most vets. I shopped around and found VALUE VET, they are new and are much lower priced. They actually care more about your sick animal than cleaning out your wallet!!

I recently rescued two rabbits soo...I called around to see what local Veterinarian's saw rabbits and to get prices. When I called Luv N Care they told me Dr. Singh gives rabbit exams and it would be $20 for each rabbit. I read the reviews and made an appointment considering the price was right. I was on time 9:45 am to my 10 am appointment where we sat in the room until about 10:45 before anyone came in, and I could hear assitants in the back asking eachother if anyone was going to go in to see the rabbits. After about and hour and a half later I was leaving and paid cash. As soon as I got home I looked at the receipt and was over charged $40 dollars, so I called the office immediately. The receptionist said it was because the $20 first time patient was only for cats and dogs. I told them when I called I asked if they do rabbit exams and how much it would be and they said $20. The receptionist said okay then we'll be able to give you the money back. I told her I was going out of town and would be there to get it the day I come back WITH MY FOLLOW UP appointment. I returned to Luv N Care the day I returned and no one was told no one knew about the issue (Including the OFFICE Manager). The Office Manager said they don't do refunds. It wasn't a refund but the money they overcharged me. For an hour she kept going back in fourth with saying she could give me credit, then talking to the Dr. Singh who never came out to address the situation when I asked to speak with him. The Office Manager said she didn't want to lose my business but couldn't give me back the $40 I was overcharged. It's not about the money it's about the fact of the matter and the unknowledgeable people working there. I will not be back!

You will not be disappointed with this place. The vets are amazing and so is the staff. I have been taking my little yorkie to this place for almost 4 years and this is by far the best vets i can find. Dr. Vergel is amazing. You can trully see he loves his job and the animals. He is excellent with follow up and even calls randomly to check how your pet is doing. I am really grateful to have found a wonderful vet who trully cares about my doggie :)
