These people are completely rude and unprofessional. They didn't even know how to transfer a prescription and didn't leave notes to each other about promises. These creeps actually pushed me to fill a controlled substance prescription on a saturday then billed it incorrectely the following Monday due to being closed on Sunday and not wanted to deal with it later. One word comes to mind Shadey or maybe Sketchy.

My first experience with this pharmacy was a delightful one! Reminiscent of Old American small-town pharmacy, offering low priced over the counter vitamin supplements as well as a generous selection of other useful toiletries in its storefront. The Pharmacist on duty was very pleasant, helpful and was very knowledgeable about the medications he dispensed to me by prescription. I was very impressed with the "mom & pop" feel of this pharmacy. Please visit them for all of your pharmacy needs.

Longwood pharmacy is a wonderful blast from the past. Remeber the days when your pharmacist knew your name as well as your family, and was truly concerned with your health and well being. Tired of the corporate faceless drones who act like your putting them out by asking them to do thier job. The folks at Longwood pharmacy are happy to help and actually go out of thier way to do things like, find the lowest cost posible for your perscriptions, actually make sure that if you have multiple perscriptions that they will play well together, answer questions untill you are fully satisfied. I recomend Longwood pharmacy to everyone who still covets personal service with a grateful smile and your needs served in minutes not hours or days. If you don't like quality service, by all means continue be a faceless drone in the corporate mill. But if you like to be appreciated for your patronage then stop by and meet the pharmacist, the next time you come back he will know your name and welcome you.
