I took my v-star cruiser in not knowing why it stalled out on me when it got hot. Hector and his crew diagnostic the bike and got it running better than it ever ran before. Very disappointing service and results. The shop took forever to diagnosis what issue was and did not seem interested in results. They would never call back with updates nor progress. They never fixed the problem.

The motorcycle mechanic was very rude, arrogant, and no interest in customer service. This guy is horrible, the other mechanic is not much better. DO NOT bring your bike or scooter here unless you want to be disappointed. Go to a professional business instead.

Hector is a very knowledgeable and professional motorcycle technician. I have been taking my Road King there for years now and can't imagine anybody else repairing my bike!

independent does great work they fixed what needed to be fixed there honest and they DONT scam , i brought my scoot there thinking i needed brakes but he told me honestly i didnt need it for another few months. if they were rip offs i believe they would have taken it to the back and did the job and just pocket the money but no. Jose is honest, professional and does great work he knows what hes talking about and get things done in a timely manor i will be bringing my scoot hear from now on.

I took my bike to Independent Motorcycle and Scooter repair Shop after taking it to multiple locations with no hope of getting it fixed. Once Independent had my bike they diagnosed it and found the problem and repaired it rather quickly.
