Horrible customer service and the young woman is very disrespectful. They sent a letter saying that I had 45 days to pick up my personal stuff at 0.00 charge. When I went there she said it was a typo in the letter and I had to pay 175.00. I asked to speak to the supervisor so they honor the letter and she got very nasty.
