I can't see this happening from these guys. They are always going the extra mile for their customers. I saw them first hand as I was strapping my sections down. If you break the boards on your panel yourself as you strap your load down, then yes, they will not just give you a board for free. Why would they? They didn't break the board, you did. I have several rental properties and always get my fence from Classic Fence. I am more than happy with the products I receive from this company.

I purchased two panels of wood fence on my credit card on Saturday. The wood fence panels that I was given had broken off slats. I was told that I would have to purchase replacement slats for $1 each, and would need to replace the damaged ones myself. I did not accept the fence and I was refused a refund at that time. I was told: "only the secretary gives refunds and you'll have to come back here next Monday when she is here".
