My business is located nearby Bowtie Automotive. One of my company vehicles needed various maintenance done, so I decided to try that repair shop. I very much regret it. On top of performing work which I felt was unnecessary, they stripped my oil plug which caused the oil to start dripping out of the bottom of the vehicle. Luckily, I noticed it before any major damage was done. I will check reviews, BBB recommendations from now on, before picking an auto repair shop.

I own a Toyota RAV4. Took it to Bowtie Automotive for a simple oil change. Was instructed by the owner that it needed to have a complete tune-up done. I reluctantly agreed. Afterwards, I stopped by my car dealership, just to check on their opinion, and they showed me that not only did it probably NOT need a tune-up, but half of the items on Bowtie's repair bill were not even done. It appeared that they simply removed and cleaned parts rather than replacing them as billed. After checking other reviews on the internet, I can see that it was a big mistake stopping by this place, and I hope I can prevent others from the same misfortune.
