We take care of all aspects of bookkeeping - from monthly account reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable, state filing, quarterly filing, sales and use tax, and payroll processing. We provide business owners with accurate and up-to-date monthly financial reports and we reconcile quarterly forms back to the P&L. At year-end, the business owner receives organized receipts, reports and documentation for their CPA, and a flash drive of reconciliations which makes this year end business necessity easy. We specialize in QuickBooks and adhere to impeccable confidentiality and security procedures. In addition, we are bonded and insured.
