I can't tell you how many times the owner of this company has gone the extra mile to get us out of a jam with hardware and software issues for both our business and at home. For our business and office at home we have paid support companies that help to keep our systems up and running, but it is the owner of Team Electronics that always gets us through in a pinch!

Seems fairly competent, but not good at following up or keeping you infomed about things. Talks a good game but don't count on him at crunch time when your business systems are down or in jeopardy.
