We went to the Longview location. We could not get waited on. We stood there for over 15 minutes while not one employee would even acknowledge that we were there. We finally got tired of being ignored and left without ordering.

I went to the Panda Express yesterday, it was horrible! We tried to use a receipt with a survey confirmation for the free third entree with purchase of a two entree combo meal. My wife had to explain our order three times and handed the girl the receipt, a different worker came back to the window- read us the order to confirm he left and a few minutes later a different girl altogether came to the window with our food and asked where the receipt was, my wife told her the first girl had it, she took our money gave us the food and our new receipt. When I got home I looked at the receipt and we had been charged for our..(free) third entree.....horrible staff communication, friendly but completely clueless
