I went there because a people suggested them. BIG mistake! Took two full days and several calls to get an answer to what my trucks ELECTRICAL issue was. Problems everywhere. I DID NOT ask to have my brakes or fluids checked! Had they just stuck to what I asked it probably would not have taken as long. I also mentioned a couple times that I can NOT afford a whole lot, and asked couple times where my bill was standing at! The first day halfway through I was given one amount, but was never actually given an upgraded amount until my truck was torn apart and put back together ready for pickup. I was told I get a call back the first day and never got one. I called twice the second day and finally got one but still no update on my vehicle. They were friendly for the most part until I called them out on not getting back to me. Had us come down to show they had the truck torn apart and to just point out what the issue was rather than just telling me over the phone. (We live 20 minutes away) My bill doubled! Customer service skills need improvement! Never again!!

I love Art's automotive. They are excellent, even have coffee and cookies in the lobby. Shuttle service, too!!!
