Pine Tree Junior High School offers education to students in grades eight and nine. Its academic curriculum includes reading, science, mathematics, history, geography, language arts, Spanish and physical education. The school offers a variety of sports activities that include basketball, football, volleyball, baseball, tennis, softball, golf and track and field. It also offers training in computer skills in word processing, databases, spreadsheets, multimedia and Internet. The school has enrolment of more than 700 students. Pine Tree Junior High School is affiliated with the Pine Tree Independent School District. It is located in Longview, Texas.
