Pulled up to the hotel and thought - "Oh this is an older hotel with outdoor entrances". It looked clean and nice so I said what the heck. I walked into the lobby and it looked new, clean, modern, and the staff was nice. We didn't go to our room because we had to drive another hour to go to Nacogdoches to go to a Nicholls vs SFA football game. Four hours later we get back to our room and I opened the door and I was floored. It looked like a 5-star hotel room and was that comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again. I had picked this location because I was using some of my Hilton Honors points and other locations close by wanted 20,000 or 30,000 points. This one only wanted 10,000. Man was I surpised. If you are not afraid of open to outside entrances then I would definitely recommend this one if you are in the area.

I have traveled all over the state of Texas and have stayed in several Days Inn. This one by far is the best one I have ever stayed in. I spent 6 weeks in this hotel had only one complaint which was a young boys baseball team that was a little noisy. The hotel moved me into another quieter room while I was at work. I WILL be coming back to this one.

As soon as we entered the hotel, we were wowed!! The room was excellent! Everything you could possibily want or need... as far as comfort was there! The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping... and don't forget a Hollywood 10 is nearby. I would rate this a 10!

This was an amazing hotel, I arrived at the front desk and was greeted by a very professional staff. I didn't make a reservation prior to arriving, but they were able to accomodate my needs even with a full hotel. The room was very clean and accomodating, I was given great service. The bed was very comfortable, internet was fast, wireless internet was available, everything I needed was right there.

I went for a family gathering and I was not expecting much. However, I was surprised to see that the rooms looked newly renovated and very nice. The breakfast bar was well kept and had more variety than I was expecting. We ended up spending a lot more time at the hotel than I thought I would.

We came down to Longview for a funeral and went to The Hampton Inn on Access Rd. We were met by the Mgr. Lyndsi Arnold and explained why we were in town while we booked our room. Her heartfelt comments were felt in our hearts as she helped us settle in ! What a wonderful gift this woman is to anyone who must stay at this Hotel. She was there for us with impeccable accomidations and leads a superb staff from the Maids, Cook, and Front Desk staff , right back to her. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable room....a delicious hot or cold breakfast w/ the best coffee around, check out this Hampton Inn! This stay was the best service we've ever had and this Hampton Inn is the ONLY place we will stay when we come back to Longview, Tx. Rate this one A1 OR 5 Stars !
