We had Carefree Exteriors install our garage door last month. From start to finish were very happy with the level of service we received from them and would highly recommend them to anyone. One of the panels on our new door had some small dings in it that you really couldn't even see. Most companies would have overlooked it and not even acknowledged the issue and you would be stuck with it. Not Carefree. The installer pointed them out to my wife and immediately got on the phone and notified the office who ordered a replacement panel. A short time later we received a call that the panel had arrived. They brought it right now and got me fixed up. The technician even took the time to show me how to properly maintain the door. As I said before, we are very happy with the level of service we received from Carefree and look forward to using their services again in the future.

It is nice to know that there are nice, dependable and hard working businesses in our area. You did what you said, you were on time, and you did not charge me an arm and a leg. That is something hard to find these days. Thank you for a job well done.
