The equipment is not maintained well and the service is pi$$ poor. They are a last resort for any reputable contractor and the very the worst choice for a home owner. Try sun belt rentals. Oh and you will pay more then the originally agreed upon price with taylor. Absolutely a last resort! Be careful.

This was briefly my favorite rental company, because they had the core drill bit sizes I needed and other rental places did not. However, be aware that the price they quote you is not the price you will pay; a 10% "RPP" fee is added. The fine print at the back says "the RPP is NOT insurance", and the list of situations it does not cover pretty much covers all possibilities. While it's understandable that a business would like to have Really Predictable Profit, not including it in the quoted price is misleading at best. Also, be aware that all rentals are full-day rentals, unlike some alternatives, so you may end up paying way too much.

Rented a 6x12 trailer and the service was exceptionally. They connected the trailer completely and checked the lights. The office staff was very helpful as well. They are very competitive.
