3-30-2015 2pm afternoon shift - highly disrespectful , went in with family and the cooks behind the back counter with a small Mexican lady thought they would poke fun staring down my daughter, really, this provocative behavior might fly in an east LA ghetto but it wont fly in colorado, have respect for customers who are employing your salary, or just pull me to the side and we can settle it out in the parking lot. would never go to this place again, what a joke.

I will never return to this store I have tried it twice. I love chipotle. However this store is terrible. The rice is ALWAYS crunchy. When a friend of mine complained to management they stated that it is supposed to be cooked(or lack thereof) that way. Its not about a refund but they did not even apologize or offer to make it right. Not to mention the portions are less than parr. If you are wanting good food go to the chipotle on main and 17th the portions are great and the rice is cooked properly.
