Disappointing customer service skills. Impatient and stressful environment. Won't be bringing my car here thanks to their poor customer service. If you're looking for a shop with employees who respect their customers, I suggest you DON'T go to AP Automotive.
Whatever you do with these guys get it in writing. I took my truck into the shop for a simple paint job to remove surface rust and I was quoted one price. Two months later after having to save the money up they quoted me double the price exactly. Then they cut it by 50.00. Get it in writing no matter what they say.
