AltaVita Memory Care Centre is a safe and secure community providing permanent, adult day program, and respite services in suites designed for residents with Alzheimerâ??s and dementia. Memory care experts customize the community to provide the highest level of security while also offering a sense of independence and freedom. There are four garden patios and a spacious courtyard at the heart of the community for residents and guests to enjoy the outdoors.
