We have stayed there several times and will not stay anywhere else on Longboat Key. Great manager, great apartments and superb service. Highly recommend this resort!

Sea Grape Inn is a unique, boutique-style beachfront resort located directly on the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Mexico, in Longboat Key Florida. Featuring 8 fully furnished 2/3 bedroom units, SeaGrape Inn has received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence since 2018, and in 2020 was awarded as a TripAdvisor Traveler's Choice winner--ranking SeaGrape Inn within the top 10% of properties on TripAdvisor. We offer daily, weekly or monthly rentals. Repeat guests always receive a 5% discount on stays. Each condo is individually owned, offering guests a uniquely personal touch that you won't find at other resorts. And rest assured, with only 8 units in our complex, it is very easy to maintain social distancing while enjoying all the amenities offered by the Sea Grape Inn. You will find tranquility and no crowds--from the moment you arrive. Each condo has it's own private entrance--there are no enclosed hallways leading to any of our units. The 2nd floor condos are accessible by an open air stairway. Each unit has its own independent HVAC system--you won't be sharing air with any other condo. We have strict housekeeping and sanitizing protocols in place, utilizing the strongest commercial disinfecting products available. And PRIVATE beach access available to only Sea Grape Inn guests ensures you will have a safe and enjoyable visit.
