What happened to good customer service? Anything that goes wrong will somehow be your fault. Don't go here unless you are looking for a place where the customer is always wrong. I'm done with this place!!!

I have had to have my glasses fixed a total of 3 times for the same issue. I work with someone who says that the cracks that are developing on my lenses is due to poor crafting and quality. I have been unsatisfied with this company from the minute I started using them. I would not recommend them to anyone and I fully intend to begin using their competition.

This is the pricy place in town to go to and a poor value to boot. The service is abrupt and unprofessional (receptionists). Clearly they are in it for the money and not to care for patience. The doctor is nice but verbally fatiguing. Not a "listener" if you know what I mean. Also, he rushes through the exam as if in a race.Never pay anything forward. Each visit they try to over bill. They once tried to get me to pay a co-pay once for the frames and again for the lenses!!! They've also billed my insurance company for things they didn't do.Will never go back here.
