Gretchen who works for the motorclothes department is very rude only because I asked for an exchange. She told me that I shouldn’t post comments on the HDNYC Instagram regarding they’re lack of customer service and the lack of responses through they’re email and customer service phone number corporate will be called by the way “Gretchen” Manages the Instagram and she deleted my comment where I asked for someone to contact me back after I have been emailing and calling you guys for 3 days straight. The motorclothes department for the online store has beyond horrible customer service and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR GET BACK AT EMAILS
