I had called this company to arrange for a pick-up of my elderly mother from a wedding. 20 min. later, my older brother escorted my mother outside the venue towards the car. I had given my brother my credit card to pay the driver. While outside on the sidewalk, my mother was offered a trip home from another family member. When this happened, my brother politely told the driver that their services were no longer needed. At this point, the driver became angry and demanded full payment for the fare. He bullied my brother (an older gentleman) into not only paying for the full fare, but he demanded a tip as well! My brother was intimidated by the driver and gave him my card (bear in mind that the company had absolutely NO personal or payment information from me yet). The driver then wrote out a credit card slip for the full fare and he added a tip for himself. This incident goes beyond the usual late car or unclean car complaints. We deal with alot in NY but this was just downright wrong.
