      General Info
      Established in 1989, the Moceans Center For Independent Living is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of community-based services for patients with disabilities. The center serves the residents of Monmouth and Ocean counties in New Jersey. It supports Emergency Preparedness Awareness, Disability Awareness Through Education and Equipment Recycling programs. The Moceans Center For Independent Living s Personal Assistant Services program, which offers assistance with the activities of daily living, such as light housekeeping, bathing, dressing, meal preparation and shopping for people between the ages of 18 and 65. It provides a variety of advocacy, peer support, information and referral services.
