Brighton Pizza & Restaurant has been serving up great pizza and subs to Monmouth University students for over 10 years. We're proud to offer you great pastas, calzones, salads and that's on top of our pizza! The simple ingredients that go into our dough, sauce and cheese are free of preservatives, chemicals, fillers, artificial color, artificial flavor, modifiers and stabilizers, and are prepared with lots of attention to the ingredients that go into our food. We hand toss and make every pizza individually one at a time and bake them in our pizza oven. It's harder to do it that way and it takes more time and effort on our part, but we want you to have a true New York pizza that we can be proud of and that you'll love!
