As a new customer they required automatic billing to my credit card. After the first 2 billing cycles the credit card was hacked. A second card was put on the account and shortly after that card was also hacked. The credit card company said that they were concerned that the Cable One system was compromised. Cable One denied any responsibility. We mailed in the payment and they claimed they never received it. This took place over the holidays while their office was closed. When we were finally were able to speak to someone at Cable One, they stated they did not care what, when, where or how it happened an additional $240 in reconnect charges have been added . Like it or not! This is what happens when companies are able to form monopolies! Beware!

Absolute worst! Internet has been down for about a week, get a service appointment. After 3.5 hours of waiting they call when I am in the bathroom, call back and speak to someone in under 5 minutes, it's too late, the technician is already on the next call. All while I had been home the whole time. Never again!
