I started giving my granddaughter karate lessons 2 years ago. My granddaughters instructor is Karlo Bravo, who is also the manager of the studio. I was so impressed with my granddaughter and the disipline and teachings of the studio and the instructor that I decided to take karate myself.. Karate is good for the body, mind and soul. It is the only time of day that I will turn off my phone for 1/2 hour per week to take my private lessons. Z-Ultimate of Long Beach is great and I would refer this studio to anyone that wants inter peace and a feeling of just feeling good inside.
