The best thing I could have ever done for my children. They have learned to respect and believe in themselves and to always do their best. One of my children has learned to speak up for himself, while the other has learned to focus his overabundant energy. They both enjoy going to classes and it has helped them both in school.I know this will help them succeed in life and at the same time they are learning self defense to possibly save their lives one day. What mother does not want to prepare their children as best she can for the realities of the world.Staff is great. They are all experienced and fully committed to the children.
