It's a great pace to dine at because early morning and lunch hours can be very busy and very loud making it hard to enjoy your meal or talk with family members at the table.

Great all around service but its a little bit pricey and its extremely loud during late afternoons, which doesn't seem welcoming. but food is amazing come during non busy hours.

This place has the best views. I loved sitting outside in the cool California breeze. You can admire the boats that go buy, plus do some great shopping at Shorewood village. I love the Shrimp cocktail! This restaurant is very romantic w/views on every level!

the food was ok but the service was really bad. I felt lots of discrimnation toward my race from the waiter really bad waiters he had more preference toward other customers.

Highly recommended seafood restaurant. Fine Dining with a spectacular view of the historic "Queen Mary" and nearby lighthouse. The specialty of this restuarant is fresh seafood and the fabulous sushi bar.

We go to Parkers' quite often for special occasions. The outside seating area has a fantastic view of the bay & the Queen Mary.



Lovely & skillfully prepared fresh seafood, attentive staff, not too expensive, Parkers' is a gem!

Considering that I have been a professional in this industry for 30 years and have eaten here a few times prior, we were sat at a table that was hot and very unpleasant. We then asked to move outside and were told 10 minutes for when a section opens. Then after waiting for 30 minutes, we said that we were leaving. All the time that we were waiting, all of the servers were roaming around and joking around without a care in the world and the place wasn't even busy, it was only 11:30 am. Next time we will go to the franchise restaurants established along the aquarium. Maybe they don't have as great a view but I bet they no what customer service is.
