I've been renting a unit managed by RPM and my experience has been nothing but unsatisfactory (to put it nicely). Management and staff have demonstrated poor customer service and a lack of professionalism throughout my residency. There have been numerous plumbing disasters in the building and slow and sometimes no response from management. The owner lacks accountability and compassion for all that the tenants have endured with constant maintenance issues. I laughed while reading RPM's website stating "We pride ourselves on honesty and good communication....We strive to provide excellent customer service to our clients and tenants while understanding each individual's personal needs....We are pleased to have knowledgeable, caring staff who specialize in property management and can handle a variety of problems." Unfortunately, it's all false advertising-take it from an experienced tenant!
