Pedcor Bancorp, a bank holding company formed in 1996, owns 84 percent of International City Bank. The holding company also owns Pedcor Funding Corporation. The company provides credit facilities to Pedcor related housing and commercial properties. International City Bank, with locations in Long Beach, Calif., and San Diego, is a national bank with assets totalling approximately $224 million. The bank specializes in commercial real estate and construction lending. In addition, International City Bank owns several subsidiaries known collectively as the Affordable Housing Group. Pedcor Funding Corp owns 100 percent of Village Housing Corporation and Village Affordable Housing Corporation.
