We used this company to hang a simple vertical blind in one of our offices. The installer was very unprofessional, yelling at his helper (female). The workmanship was atrocious, butchered to say the least. I already had to call them back to replace a uninstalled panel. I will never use them again

We have used the services of Barbara at Blue Ribbon Drapery three times over 2 years. Granted the shop is somewhat disorganized - to say the least - and a bit of a mess - to say the least - but her work is second to none... period. This is the shop where many of the fancy, schmancy designers secret their high end clientel's stuff to get expertly custom manufactured. The prices are great, the quality of the work wonderful and the expertise of Barbara priceless. Just disregard the neighborhood and the appearance of the shop because they are true artists at work.
