Let me just start by saying I do not know what Guest28904 did to merit treatment as what he or she describes as being treated rudely or unethically and bordering on tyranny but boy he or she must have broken some major rules! Of the park because my personal interaction with them has been great. My uncle has lived there for over 10 years and let me tell you the 2-3 times that I have had interaction with the front office it has been outstanding they seem to always be in a good mood and go far and beyond to help you in any way they can. My uncle was in the hospital for what seemed to be an eternity and they were compassionate and understanding they were even willing to take the time to look something up on their computer for me and as far as I am concerned all I can say is thank you. Located between Bixby Villiage Golf Course and the Los Cerritos Channel with its stunning view overlooking the marina, this park may be the best location in all of Long Beach. Unfortunately, the management leaves alot to be desired. Uneducated, unethical, and bordering on tyranny, their rudeness has been felt by most of the park's senior residents and seriously compromises the beauty of this senior park.
