ABC was founded by Vassili Liovin, a Hydrogeologist and Engineering Geologist. Having seen drilling from a geologist’s perspective, he created a service based on the specific needs of the client. This is the same focus today, providing customer focused drilling solutions through qualified employees, modern equipment and experience over the years. ABC Liovin Drilling is one of the pioneers in Environmental & Geotechnical Drilling in Southern California, specializing in Hollow Stem Auger, Air Rotary, Mud Rotary, and Cased Undereamer Drilling since 1982. Services include soil sampling, water sampling, insitu instrument installation, and well installation, development, and abandonment.
