Very disappointed in the lack of professional staff. Shortly after joining, my family encountered a series of issues that prohibited our use of the Club. I called my Sales Rep and he suggested that I put our memberships on hold, never mentioning that this had to be done in person. When I received a call from a credit agency, I discovered that they were still billing me. I wrote to and called their manager, explaining that we had some unexpected hospitalizations (one as long as 9 months and the other, permanent) and asked for either one year of free membership or my money back. I also filed a claim with the bib that the Workout Club never responded to. The credit calls stopped for awhile, but last night I received a call threatening me with a negative mark on MY credit report if I did not pay $163.00. Why should I pay for services unrendered? The Workout Club owes us over $600 as we never got to use our memberships last year for very legit reasons.

I have been a member of many gyms over the years. I have found the Workout Club to be superior. It is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous and there is a entourage of equipment and and programs available. I take my two children with me and find their kids programs to be awesome. Their Body Pump and Zumba classes are to die for. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The so call sales stuff is the worst- I wish there was another club in the Londonderry Area and I will switch in a flash! If you can join other club save your money and do -here the equipment breaks and takes month to repair it and when they want to charge you the yearly fee for new equipment and extra $75.

Absolutely terrible. I went in with my wife to sign up for a few months and the manager snuck in a year membership. Shame on me for not double checking but very underhanded on their part. Equipment is constantly broken for extended periods of time. The staff is unhelpful unless you're willing to dish out more money. Finally it came time to cancel my account and after getting the runaround from the entire staff I managed to get it cancelled. Then they charged my account after it was cancelled and expected me to jump through hoops to get it "fixed." Don't bother with this place.

HORRIBLE Sales people. The manager and owner are un professional, mean and rude! The equipment is always breaking and the locker rooms are too small!! DO NOT GO THERE!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Loads of equpiment to use and great classes. My kids love the childrens programs too.

Don't go thereThere sales team is absolutely atrocious and do not care about getting new members. They are rude and you have to ask for a tour, very unprofessional. The locker rooms are very small and they only have 2 changing rooms.

this is a great place so says my girlfriend, we made out in the shower room when we were the only ones in the place

I love this place, easy eccess to use work out equipments and I love the customer service

The club consistently opens late in the morning leaving patrons sitting in the parking lot and having to go back home because they don't have enough time to work out. The management is unresponsive to members complaints.
