My wife and I started our grandson (4+) here. He has progressed so much and his parents have joined as well. The instructors are expert. They and their assistants work so well with children. It is a joy to see the all the children in their training. They continually reinforce good values on respect, working together and personal values such as "try hard" and "never give up". We are in our seventies and have started Ki (Chi) training for breathing and movement. We have gained new energy following their program. Whether adult or child, they watch what you can do then bring you along at a pace you can manage.

I've been training at the House of the Samurai for a couple years and it's one of the best schools I've seen. Before I started training I researched and visited a LOT of schools in the area and found a lot of stuff out there I didn't like. I decided to sign up with the House of the Samurai because I felt like the owners/teachers really had a passion for their craft and were really excited to pass that along to their students. Since I've been training i've had a chance to visit some other schools in New England and I am really proud to be a student here at House of the Samurai. Teachers are really enthusiastic and dedicated. If you are even remotely curious about training in karate check them out online and I promise you will love it!!
