Actually Jim the salon is very busy, also very successful. While we are on the subject of calling people lazy have you thought about ending your "hide behind a computer screen" tough guy act and stopping in to the salon? I mean the girls are amazing and maybe something happened where a message was accidently lost, deleted or who knows? Life happens my friend.

Well, I gave this salon a rating of 1 star, but I would have selected 0 stars if I could. I cannot adequately rate them because they never called me back! Called on Monday to request an appointment for a simple men's haircut. Got an answering machine indicated that they were busy. Today is Thursday, still no call back. So, in my opinion, if the staff is too busy or lazy (either way applies here) to call me back, then I guess they are too busy or lazy to get money from me. I'll update this review if I ever get a call back from them.

This salon is gorgeous!! Peaceful and relaxing with a very professional and talented staff!!!
