The people are horrible and rued! They do not come when they say they are and they can waste your whole day not worth the money alone just waiting around for them

The contractor that came out to our home was great, super friendly and worked hard. But as a whole, the contracting company is awful. We had a simple job of tearing up laminate flooring and laying down tile in our very small condo sized kitchen and bathroom. They over scheduled their worker, therefore both days he was unable to get to our home until 1:30pm. We are on day number two and the backer board is still not even layed down at 5pm. I dont know how many more days this is going to take. I regret hiring them. My husband could have finished this quicker. All in all, they don't know how to schedule their time/workers. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional.

I had three bedrooms installed and the installers did a great job. They showed up on time checked the area to be installed and went right to work no questions asked. When they completed the install they cleaned up and asked what scrap if any I wanted. They had me inspect their work and sign off on it. Total time for install was a few hours no big deal I thought they were fast and skilled. GREAT INSTALL PURCHASE THROUGH HOME DEPOT!!!

Installer cut the rug wrong, had to wait another 2 weeks to have another installer replace the mess the first guy did. We had to dis-assemble and re-assemble 2 beds and move out dressers, kids storage bins Twice. Had to call a couple of times to find out when the replacement carpet was coming in to be installed. The inside person swore that they would take care of for all the trouble. Never heard back from them. 2 months later they made an insulting attempt to fix this issue. Find another carpet company, they are the installers for Home Depot.
