I signed a 6 month contract with this company, and I wish I didn't. Not only did they over charge me every month, they lied about the services. I got the best security package they offered ( $ 20 a month ) This service included fixing phone jacks if needed, mcafee virus protection on all computers, and help installing programs on our computers. We couldn't use our phone because of the jacks so they were asked to fix it. They said they couldn't. I bought a laptop and asked for help to put the mcafee virus protection on it, they said they couldn't do it. I would have to pay $80 for them to help me or pay a monthly service. Of course they also said they would accept a credit card right that minute. My internet has been down several times and they always give me the excuse " We will fix it as soon as possible." If you value service, honesty, and good value for your money, DO NOT GO TO WINDSTREAM. They are a company who cheats,lies, and just about steals. WORST COMPANY EVER!
