In the 20+ years of living in London I have visited all 3 local vets and feel that Dr. House, Dr. Bundy & their staff is the best. The office people are friendly & helpful but above all the doctors do not run up the bill with unnecessary tests so they can pay for their luxury car. They have always given me a straight answer about costs & chances of sucess (even though its not always what I want to hear).

The 1st sign that this is a good vet is the workers that answer the phone. I had called a number of vets to get a general idea and the 1st ones seemed to be annoyed and left me confused and still not knowing how much money to have with me. So then I called Dr. House's office and the staff was patient and friendly and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. His prices are nice too because I even chose to do some of the optional services because the cost was pretty much the same as just the basic shots/flea/microchip and the other vets. Dr. House himself is also very nice and thorough. He clearly loves animals and that is one of the most important parts of the job. I have an aunt that comes all the way from Michigan now to see him because she loves his prices and the way that he handles her dogs. I will take all my animals to him!

We received excellent service from the time we walked in until we left the office. The staff provided us with accurate information and where very compassionate with the care of our animals. The vets have been to our farm and taken care of our large animals with the same great care. We appreciate all they do with the care to our animals. Thanks for jobs well done
